Kristin McLane, President

Kristin is the President and majority owner of CIMx. She has more than 20 years experience in the high-tech industry, working on products as diverse as electronic manufacturing systems, medical systems infrastructure for hospitals / doctors’ offices, ATMs as a point of sale (POS), purchasing kiosks and multi-lingual technical package delivery.

Kristin is a strong leader with a central focus on continuous, sustainable process improvement. She has steadily gained reputation and responsibility in both her professional and personal careers. In 2006, Kristin was honored as a Cincinnati Business Courier Forty Under 40 finalist. A year later, she was recognized as a Vistage Entrepreneur of the Year and in 2008, Kristin was named a YWCA Rising Star.

Under her leadership, CIMx was a finalist in the Goering Center's 2008 Small Business of the Year awards and 2009 Small Business of the Decade. In 2010, CIMx was a finalist for WE Lead Women-Owned Business of the Year through the Cincinnati Chamber. Kristin is entering her second year in the MIT Entrepreneurial Masters’ Program.

Kristin serves as the chair for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Small Business Advisory Board, the communications chair for Entrepreneur’s Organization in Cincinnati, a member of the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army of Southern Ohio, a Trustee for the Hillside Trust, a Board member for Learning through Art and a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Cincinnati (JLC). In 2005, Kristin received the JLC’s President's Award for her leadership in their signature project, Mind Peace ™.

Tony Cuilwik, CEO

Tony is the CEO and founder of CIMx. He works to integrate customer requests into seamless product development, product technology and product messaging. He has more than 40 years experience in applying computer technology to complex industry problems.

Tony believes in a common approach to problems and applies the basics of engineering to the toughest business problems, where he knows that the reaction of systems and processes is predictable and repeatable.

Prior to forming CIMx, Tony was COO for a Cincinnati consulting and software firm. Tony spent his formative years at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he rose to the level of Director, developing parts of Unix, Arpanet (which became the internet) and several Operations Support Systems for the nationwide telephone network. He received his Bachelor's, Master's and PhD in Electrical Engineering from New York University.

Tony was recognized in 1999 as Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2000, CIMx was an Ernst and Young Small Business Emerging Entrepreneur finalist and in 2001, under his leadership, CIMx was named the Cincinnati Chamber’s Small Business of the Year. Tony sits on the Finance Committee and Parish Council for his church. He is actively writing a fictional high-tech thriller novel and serves as an advisor for several businesses in Cincinnati.

Glen Baldridge, Director of Product Definition and Delivery

Glen serves as Director of Product Definition and Delivery for CIMx. He brings over 20 years of software development experience to his position, 14 years of it at CIMx.

Glen runs a centralized development organization, overseeing the product from conception to delivery. As such, Glen is responsible for the engineering, product planning, development, quality and implementation teams for CIMx. A broad approach to management helps keep life cycle development and implementation to the fastest times possible.

Prior to joining CIMx, Glen worked on the design and implementation of large-scale software projects in both the healthcare and automobile statistics industries. Glen received his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from Northern Kentucky University.

Glen plays in a rock band on the weekends, is active in his church, where he serves as the choir director, and enjoys building and flying model airplanes.
