One of the unique features of the CIMx Software business model is our dedicated support team of experienced manufacturing engineers and software experts. Each customer is assigned a dedicated CIMx professional who visits and has in-depth knowledge of the customer's specific sites.

A powerful tool at the disposal of the Application Engineers is the Optimization Lab (OL). An OL allows our customers to show us how they are using Interax on a day-to-day basis. The OL results in enhanced usage, best-practices to be shared and more value/functionality to be extracted from the system. OL services are included annually for each customer.
