Marketing Coodinator
Position Summary: This is a part time postion-30 hours/week
Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, brand awareness, website content management and sales support. Manage delivery of communications to customers, prospects, media and employees to effectively describe and promote CIMx Software.
Key Position Accountabilities:
- Successful execution of the Marketing Plan
- Marketing asset maintenance

Essential Functions:
- Maintain and update Company web site including content management, site organization, site statistical analysis, and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance the use of the web site.
- Manage Company marketing communications, including business to business advertising, trade show support, sales promotions, media relations, press releases, e-news distribution and employee communications.
- Edit all communication materials including white papers, press releases, webinar presentations, brochures, social media and Company web site.
- Define, document and implement marketing processes and procedures.
- Execute marketing communications plan and help develop annual marketing calendar.
- Ensure branding consistency in all marketing materials.
- Coordinate lead generation, and assist in lead qualification to ensure that the sales funnel is sufficient to support Company growth as stated in the Sales Plan
Key Competencies
- 0-3 years of marketing experience.
- College degree in Marketing preferred but not required.
- Self-directed, able to work independently and to make decisions with limited management oversight.
- Proactive. Ability to take action and report routinely.
- Strong planning skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette; represent our Company with a positive professional attitude
- Research oriented: ability to use database searches using online directories.
