CIMx Solutions can be configured by customers to meet changing needs without requiring custom software. A CIMx Professional Services person is dedicated to each customer to help when needed with answers to questions, additional training or other special requests.
Some of the services provided by CIMx professionals are:
- Oracle Reports Development – there are many “canned reports” and we are available to develop special reports as required
- Oracle Application Development – the CIMx solution is feature rich and configurable by the customer and special applications can be provided as needed
- ROI Justification – a CIMx tool is available to assist in development of an ROI analysis for management project approval
- Engineering Assessment – CIMx professionals are available and capable of a manufacturing site assessment to develop the as-is view and the to-be view of a paperless shop floor
- Oracle DBA Support – CIMx can assist a local IT person with DBA support for their Oracle platform
- Training – CIMx professionals can conduct on-site, and at CIMx, training of trainers and users of our solutions
- Data Migration – Professional services can provide tools to assist local IT staff to perform data migration into a CIMx solution or CIMx will provide the migration as a part of the solution turn on
- Data Integration - Professional services can provide tools to assist local IT staff to create a data integration between a CIMx solution and another system in the company or CIMx can provide the integration as a part of the solution turn on
