REPORTS
Quantum may be one of the most critical members of your manufacturing team as it actively and automatically collects important data about every order processed every day on your shop floor.
It is this data that enables you to keep accurate records of all activities during daily production but more importantly, it also enables you to assess the efficiency and quality of all your production processes. With Quantum, you have the ability to automatically collect and report on your customized KPI information to continually improve operations. Current and historical data at your fingertips helps you stay on track and take notice of trends and cycles.
Quantum is designed to help inform you about weaknesses or trends in production that need attention. Did you know there are 44 built-in reports available to see how efficiently orders are being processed, people are finishing work, schedules are being met, quality is being achieved, and inventory is adequate for future orders?
The Manufacturing Report
As an example, Quantum has reports available in the following areas:
- Engineering effectiveness in creating best practice work instructions,
- History of activities on all orders,
- Records on who, did what, when, how, and in how much time,
- Schedules of all Work Centers, orders and ship dates,
- Quality checks on all orders,
- Current inventory and inventory used on each order.
The Quality Summary Report
And, specifically, there are up-to-date reports on:
- Past due orders by dollars and days,
- Inventory needing to be ordered,
- Customer return rate on orders,
- Labor hours daily,
- Non-conformances daily,
- Estimated vs. actual time on all orders,
- Work Center utilization daily.
If you have other report needs, Quantum includes a Report Builder to allow you to define any number of custom reports on operations data, quality data, and produced product data.
