BUILT-IN AUTOMATIONS

Quantum is a seasoned platform with automated features for different production needs in companies ranging from 20 to 200 or more daily users. These automated features are a result of implementations in different types of manufacturing and are now available as configured options in Quantum and do not require expensive custom coding.

One such automation is how Quantum can integrate easily into your environment with its generic, automatic order release from an ERP. This enables an automatic start to orders daily with automatic verification of BOM contents. There is also an automatic inventory management integration with all consumed inventory reported back to the ERP at the completion of orders.

Automatic Order Start

The expanded analytics and alerts capability in Quantum automatically creates graphs of numerous data trends taking place daily. This can be used to predict improvements needed to avoid future problems. Additional messages have been added to Alerts to catch errors made during production operations and to remind you of tool calibrations needed, assets running low, quality issues, and maintenance due. The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) available range from production efficiency items to tracking of customer order volumes.  

KPI Reports

Quantum automatically records staff work time on each operation and if estimated times for various operations are used, Quantum will provide a graph of actual versus estimated time at each work center on each order. This will help you to better understand the actual costs of work to better set pricing for order fulfillment.
