Each year, we do a really thorough competitive analysis. We look at the competitors we see in the market, and do a hearty look at ourselves as well. It's always important to get an outsider's viewpoint and so we've established our Customer Analysts role. For a few select companies that want our product and are willing to provide feedback, we offer our tool at half price.
Quantum feedback
up to 2 times / year
Each year, we look to real customers to get feedback on our current product and on new features. Each session is no longer than 1 hour in length, but you should plan for about 30 - 60 minutes of prep time doing some review before we have the call, including trying a new feature or reviewing a design.
Competitive feedback
up to 2 times / year
Each year, we look at other tools in the marketplace to see what's being offered. What's most helpful to us is getting real manufacturers to tell us what's truly helpful and what's merely a bell or whistle. Each session is no longer than 1 hour in length and you should plan for 60 - 90 minutes of prep time.

The first year, we will ask you to provide us with feedback on our implementation and project management as our first feedback session. We will ask for a more detailed analysis on our services than a Net Promoter Score. We will ask you to share real stories about how we interacted with you and the work we did. We also want to know stories about other software implementations that went well or poorly for you and why and how they did.

What's included in delivery?
Great question. We will perform a complete delivery for you, including pre-loading your users, work centers, non-conformances, quality codes and all of the configuration selections you have made. We will help you to build your first template or two as well for your process management.

What's included in support?
You get the same support that all of our customers receive, including a real person, not a ticket. Support is done from right here in North America and we may ask you for feedback on our support services.

What's next for CIMx?
We've been working on the factory of the future for a while now. We're experimenting with AI and other naturally intuitive pathways for production to make Quantum even easier to install and use, if that's even possible. If you are a part of this program, you may be helping to build it.
