This Service is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. Your company (our "Customer") controls its instance of the Service and the data associated with it.

• Customer Data: This is all information, data, and content uploaded to the Service by our Customer or its users. This may include production data, quality metrics, schedules, and any personal information your company's administrator chooses to include.
• Service Data: This includes:
  • Account Information: Information needed to create and manage user accounts, such as name, email, and job title.
  • Usage & Metadata: Information about how you interact with the Service. This includes technical data such as your IP address, device type, login times, features used, and other diagnostic and performance analytics.
• Website Data: Information you provide on our public Website, such as through a contact form (e.g., name, company, email), or data collected via cookies for analytics.

3. Our Use of Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To deliver, secure, and support the Service, including authenticating users, providing customer support, and preventing technical issues.

• As Directed by our Customer: We may share or disclose Customer Data in accordance with our Customers’ instructions and our main service agreement.
• With Third-Party Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers for services like cloud hosting, database management, and customer support (collectively, "Sub-processors"). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality and are only permitted to use information to perform services for us.
• For Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to respond to a government request or protect our rights.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Quantum is a B2B service, and your employer (our Customer) determines how your data is used. Please direct all requests for access, correction, or deletion of your information to your company's administrator.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email, an in-app notification, or by posting the new policy on our Website.
